Orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS or similar carrier. Your order will be processed the next business day. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Some orders may require 5-7 business days for processing and packaging. You will be notified if any items need to be backordered.
If any orders require a signature, you agree to be present for delivery. If you are not available and order needs to be reshipped you will be charged reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees.
We do not ship international. US only.
Orders under $20 will be charged a small order handling fee of $2; orders under $10 will be charge a small order handling fee of $3.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
All returns must meet following guidelines:
E-mail support@bepreparedsurvival.com within 10 days, prior to returning your purchase to receive a return merchandise authorization number. (This is necessary for return to be accepted)
- Returned in new, unopened condition in original packaging
- Returned to Address specified within (10) days
- Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
- Enclosed a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus shipping charge.
- Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise: the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order; $3.00 minimum.
- If the item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the defective item in a kit will be replaced; not the entire kit.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to contact carrier if damaged in route. Insurance is recommended.
- Food and water products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
- All returns must be prepaid; No COD's accepted

If the merchandise you ordered is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card which was used for the transaction.
